This week in Juniper class.....

In Juniper class, we are increasingly accessing learning outside of the classroom and ensuring we can enable pupil voice wherever we are. We are using choice boards, activity specific core boards, communication books and schedule strips. We have been following a sequence of skills on a schedule strip to complete cooking tasks with increased independence in the kitchen. We have used activity specific boards to request tools needed when manipulating play-dough.

This week in Oak class.....

This week learners in Oak class enjoyed exploring maths through measure and capacity in the kitchen. Learners followed sequence strips to support them with independence and autonomy in their learning. At the end of the fun activity, learners enjoyed eating their products at snack time.
