Supporting Mental Health Week at Doubletrees. 15th - 19th May

This year, in celebration of Mental Health Awareness Week, we are inviting you to join us in supporting your young person’s mental well-being by taking part in the attached bingo activities, designed to promote positive mental health.

From the 15th to the 19th of May, we encourage you to engage in these activities together at home, helping your child explore different ways to boost their mental health and well-being. It could be something as simple as a mindfulness exercise, a creative project, or a healthy routine change. We want to inspire reflection, communication, and self-care, all while fostering a sense of connection.

We ask that you complete as many of these activities as you can throughout the week, and then submit your completed activities by the 19th of May to your child's class. This will give us the opportunity to celebrate the great work you've done as a family, and also explore which activities resonated most with the students and best supported their mental health.

Your involvement in this initiative will help our learners connect with one another and understand that mental health is an important part of life. We look forward to seeing all the wonderful ways your young person has taken part and to hearing about what made them feel supported.

Together, we can make a positive impact on mental health awareness!
