This week in Juniper Class.....

Learners in Juniper class have been focusing on independently responding to three part questions using our core word of the week. We are selecting the answer from a choice of two, developing a good understanding of how to use the interactive whiteboard to initiate effects.

In PSHE based activities, we are exploring our emotions through manipulating sensory emotions bottles and modelled use of an emotions activity board. We are beginning to match the symbols to the bottles, looking into mirrors to copy some of the facial expressions.

 

This week in Oak class.....

Oak class have been exploring making their own patterns using different shapes during maths continuous provision. 

During phonics, we worked on matching letters to CVC words while sounding them out and blending them together. 

We had loads of fun painting our ice cream art, using and mixing different colours together.
