This week in Elm class.....

Elm class visited Bodmin library on Monday. We were so pleased to be joined by one of our parents who came to help. We had our packed lunch in the beautiful atrium cafe and lots of people came to say hello. We practised appropriate greetings and asking for help. We went to the library and met Elaine the librarian.  We read books, used the craft table and took out some books using Jo's library card. Everyone had a great time, and we look forward to our weekly library trips in St Austell, this term.

This week in Cherry class - 

Cherry class have made the most of the sunshine that has been peeking through and taken our learning outside. We have been working as a team, and applying our counting skills to the games we have enjoyed outside. In our final sessions with Lisa, we hoped our broad beans would sprout…and they did, so we have popped them in growing cups to see how they grow over the coming weeks! In PE, we completed our balancing lessons and are now working on expressing ourselves through dance, movement and making shapes with our bodies.
