This week in the Exploration Pathway...

This week in Willow class...
Willow Class recently enjoyed taking part in Arts Week, where learners had the opportunity to apply the printing skills they have been developing this half term. Using a range of techniques, including rolling and pressing, they created colourful and unique designs on their tote bags. It was wonderful to see their creativity and confidence grow as they explored different ways to make marks and patterns through printmaking.

This week in Elm class...
Elm class have been visiting the local duck pond in Par and taking care of the animals. We fed the ducks with special duck feed and spotted swans, geese and moorhens too. Learners loved watching class teacher Jo feed them and then they all had a go at throwing the pellets. We worked on our maths skills to count the babies as we walked around the pond and when we stopped to relax and take in the nature around us we saw even more.
