This week in Apple, Rowan & Redwood classes.....

The Engagement Pathway had a wonderful time sharing a Sensory Story together as a pathway to create a feeling of community and belonging. The story, entitled 'Arctic Adventure'  was a wonderful sensory experience which encouraged us to use all our senses to explore. We used a huge parachute to simulate arctic winds, explored lights and coloured chiffons to produce our own northern lights, used a variety of instruments to create a noisy avalanche and explored pine scented cones. We then relaxed and  warmed up with the scent and taste of hot chocolate!
