This week in the Enagage Pathway...
This week in the Apple class...
Apple Class have enjoyed some walks outside to explore Autumn treasures. We found herbs, autumn leaves, pine cones, juicy grapes and apples! We explored these in out sensory cookery and sensory art sessions.
Exploring the ‘more’ and ‘stop’ symbols and the ‘more’ Tassel through a favoured activity; the swing in the SI Room!

This week in Redwood class...
Redwood Class have loved exploring our Autumn Walk sensory story this half term. Learners experienced the crunch of autumn leaves, felt the wind on their faces and enjoyed the comforting smell of hot chocolate for a cosy night in. Using our senses helped learners to explore each part of the story, communicate their preferences and become more involved in the storytelling experience. Activities like this help to develop engagement, communication and a love of stories.
