Contract Type: Permanent. 32.75 hours per week. 39 working weeks, holiday entitlement means paid for 45.248 weeks. Salary: £24,926 (FTE) Actual Salary £19,232.24

Doubletrees School is looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated, and compassionate Teaching Assistants to join our team and help us continue to deliver exceptional learning experiences for our students.
At Doubletrees School, we provide a creative and nurturing space for over 90 pupils, aged 2-19, who have complex learning and communication needs. We are a proud member of the Special Partnership Trust, a dynamic collaboration of specialist provisions across Cornwall, focused on fostering excellence in education for all students, no matter their challenges.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our students’ educational and physical needs, with an emphasis on providing tailored, one-on-one support for each pupil.
If you have experience working with children who have autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or complex behavioural needs, we would love to hear from you, as these skills would be highly valued. We are looking for candidates who are:
