The Willow class

The Willow class is one of our Key stage 3 classes. The learners here follow our Expolration Pathway. It is part of our upper school.

This week in the Willow class......

 

Willow class have enjoyed exploring Cornwall in our geography topic. We identified our nearest beach on a map and then explored some of the different items that we might take to the beach. The learners enjoyed exploring a range of different beach items and engaging with them.

 

 

We have also been exploring light and dark in Science. We explored a range of different light sources and how it can help us with seeing in the darkness.  The learners enjoyed going in and out of the blackout tent with the different lights to see which one was the most effective.
