This week in Maple class...

 This week, some learners from Maple Class attended an inclusive schools’ tournament at St Austell Table Tennis Centre. They were exceptionally well behaved and had a fantastic time taking part in balloon-balancing challenges, mini team games, and developing their table tennis skills. Everyone showed great enthusiasm, teamwork, and sportsmanship throughout the day. Well done to all involved! 👏😊🏅

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This week in Cherry class...

The first week of our last half-term of the year has been a great one for Cherry class. During our target work sessions, some of us have been setting tables and serving drinks, roleplaying as waiting staff. We've also been working on our balance in preparation for Sports Day. The whole class had a brilliant time at Bikeability, cycling in the window of sunshine we were gifted, and then treating ourselves to a very delicious slab of cake from the cafe! Learners are always allowed to choose who they want to spend time with during our snack time, and this week they all wanted to pile around one table - it was a wonderful social opportunity that the Cherry team adults took great pleasure in watching unfold.
