This week during work related learning, Maple class experienced a range of plants that have specific properties e.g. spiky holly, long grass...  Everyone was amazed by the large purple plant growing in the poly tunnel which had huge soft leaves! We finished off by ensuring all plants had a good drink of water as it was very warm.
