This week in the Willow class.....

In Willow class we have been exploring different light sources . This week the learners have explored circuits and how we can make a circuit to light up a bulb, in our science class. This was then applied to making a buzzer sound and a motor spin. The learners showed great engagement and enjoyed helping the adults to make the bulb light up. 

This week in Little Orchard.....

We have been enjoying some multi-pathway learning. Little Orchard and Rowan class have been coming together on a Friday to have a joint assembly. We looked at photos taken over the week, and then enjoyed a bucket time session. The learners particularly enjoyed the anticipation, and the jumping of the spider and popping the bubbles! 

This week in Holly Class.....

Holly enjoying Arts week so far, creating some of their textured, UV art work for an art exhibition using tissue in paint to create textured pictures. Holly also explored drums and different instruments in the hall with our visitors 'Drums4fun'! 

This week in Elm class.....

 

During Artsweek 2025 in Elm we celebrated with Drums4fun workshops, got inspired by saxophone and singing concerts and then spent the week performing to each other in class. We love meeting professionals from a range of different career avenues and these musicians were some of our favourites so far. Music is a great way to communicate, and we look forward to National Make Music Day on the 21st June during the Solstice.
