This week in Apple class.....

Apple Class loved their Sensory Cookery session. First we explored bubbly water and sensory soap to wash our hands, followed by using all our senses to explore all the different ingredients. We showed preferences and made choices to create a variety of fruit crumbles. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This week in Redwood class.....

Redwood class have been busy preparing for the Christmas market. This week we have painted jars and planted Aloe Vera to sell. We have used our hand skills and communicated preferences for paint colours. These skills help us to participate in the world around us.

 

This week in Rowan class.....

In Rowan class we have started placing a heavy emphasis on our learning out of the classroom experiences in order to generalising our skills across places, circumstances and situations. We have been enjoying taking our learning outside, into the sensory integration room, the sensory room, the library and even the atrium!
