Duke of Edinburgh Awards!
Cherry Class had an incredible two days completing their Duke of Edinburgh expedition in July. They explored the biodiversity of plant life, collected litter around the local area and created art work from plant life. They also problem solved how to build a shelter, used maps to follow a route and successfully cooked their delicious lunches. We were incredibly impressed with their resilience, hard work and enthusiasm during the expedition, and wish to thank Lisa Woodhouse our Forest School lead and HLTA, for organising such a brilliant experience for our learners!
